Via buitenlandse fora, en via de zwift site kom ik er niet achter wat het probleem is.
Iemand hier misschien een idee?
Betreft een Mac
De app opent wel, maar na het laden geeft hij het volgende weer:

als ik dan mijn inloggegevens invul, krijg ik het volgende:

De app op mijn telefoon werkt wel, en inloggen op de Zwift website ook.
Zwift-Mac kan niet inloggen.
Is je mac wel verbonden met internet?

The last two Zwift updates have driven me mad. Both times, after updating, my Windows laptop shuts me out with this error message at log in.
It seems a common issue.
I’ve contacted Zwift and had three advisors help to no avail. Restart everything, reinstall app and launcher, check ISP, delete temp files, delete logs, send logs to support, delete prefs, pray. Did the works. Nada.
My connection is strong. WiFi great. Works on mobile, but not my laptop (hooked to TV = no eye strain).
I've noticed that a lot of people having this issue are using work laptops. Hooked to work domains. So as a final step before throwing laptop out of window, I made a new user account on my laptop, that doesn’t connect to my work domain (using personal email vs work)… And it worked!
The good news: Can now ride.
The bad news: Tour of fire and ice tomorrow I guess.
Would be curious and hopeful this works for anyone else. It's been a huge headache for me that I've found no solution for on forums or customer service and have been very close to cancelling my subscription. If it helps one other person, I figured it's worth putting on here...

Zwift verwijderen en opnieuw installeren? Je moet dan wel even googlen, want bepaalde bestanden moet je bewaren.

Edit: bestanden bewaren gaat alleen om costum workouts, activitie historie en personal bests. Persoonlijk zou me dat aan mijn r**t roesten.

Uiteraard was/ben ik verbonden met het internet, dat was het eerste wat ik checkte na de melding.
Ik heb de Reddit post uitgevoerd, en het werkt weer.
Een beetje vreemd dat een 'nieuwe gebruiker' wel werkt en mijn huidige account op mijn macbook niet.
Tot dusver lijkt het te komen door het in mijn huidige account een VPN verbinding tot stand kan komen met mijn werk PC.
